Once the driver uninstall is complete, connect the 4×4 without a driver to see if it connects to your software without a driver. Just an update for anyone having similar issues that may find this thread – this problem mysteriously fixed itself, or so it seemed. Make sure the 4×4 stays disconnected when uninstalling or installing it’s driver. Make sure you don’t have a Wiindows feedback loop. My Midisport 4×4 plays dead.
